Born in a Chevrolet, in East L.A. ~ Not really! From his Italian heritage, (and Dads middle name of GUY... Named after Guy Lombardo. Vince was weaned on sharps, flats, majors, minors, and greatly influenced by his parent's Pentecostal Church. The Church was always JUMPIN' and JIVIN'... nobody ever fell asleep at that Church!! There was quite the band, drums with all the trimmings. Piano lessons at 6, guitar lessons at 8, Vince was doomed. From studio work in the 60's to touring New York State, Canada and performing with several bands. Vince's biggest high was playing with the RAT PACK, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Jerry Lewis and Sammy Davis Jr. Greatly influenced by Mom's Hammond B3, and Dads kickin' Trombone, Black Gospel, Jumping Blues, Jazz, and Rock, Vince is always striving to play the best dance beat, warmest tone, and sharpest chops he can deliver. It's all about TASTY feelings. Vince loves to see people dance, and moving their heads to the beat of River City's music.

That's what Vince is talkin' about.

A special thanks to my lovely wife and best friend Marjean, who has supported all my bad habits, my other brother from another mother, my best friend and mentor Chuck Wade Wright, who has greatly influenced my music, Charlie Chase for getting me out of my studio and always being a true friend, Joe Reaves for his friendship and respect in me, Shawn Moore for teaching me when not to play, Paul Kruger for his inspiration and friendship, Joe Perez, Mr. Messing with the kid, Dennis Egli the thumper, Steady Eddie Tom Butterbaugh, Randy McKay, Randy Bollet, Jim Veritch, Jeff Addicott the full of glass, good glass blower, Michael Saint John who gave the band his support, Paulie Olson for making me reach and keeping me outside my box, Pat Alvarez, our biggest fan and the RCRnB Fan club president, and every player who has shared the stage with me, the fans and club owners who have supported and helped RCRnB become what it is today!

Life Is A Song, Music is the love.

David's haunting music on acoustic guitar touches the listener's heart with the anticipation and ultimate fulfillment of the journey home. His delicate melodies, continually reinventing themselves, and the rich colors he gently coaxes from his instrument, reflect his experience both as a musician, and as an individual who has spent the major portion of his life seeking inner understanding.

His albums are lyrical, complex, and invite the listener to join in the exploration of all the beauty to be found within and without one's own being.
